I build systems for the world I want to see.

I went from travelling with no plan to building companies meant to change how we live — and I still do the building myself.

Skills & stackwhat I actually use

Honest tooling — the languages and platforms behind Nova Operations Protocol, ANONOVA, venture sites, and this personal site. Not a buzzword dump.

  • JavaScript (Node + browser) — static site build (build.mjs), client router, contact form, and day-to-day product code
  • HTML & CSS — semantic multi-page sites, accessibility, reduced-motion-safe motion, editorial layout systems
  • LLM APIs & agents — multi-step workflows, tool use, and orchestration in Nova Ops and ANONOVA prototypes
  • Retrieval & evaluation — knowledge layers, grounding, and verification patterns (Truth AI direction, Nova Ops eval loops)
  • Python — automation, data processing, and supporting scripts in the Nova Ops stack
  • Git & GitHub — dibbles0910 (personal) and Hollistic-Connect (MystiConnect org)
  • Cloudflare Pages — production hosting for dylanseybold.com and static deploys for venture marketing sites
  • Static SEO — per-route titles, canonicals, sitemap, JSON-LD Person graph, press assets
  • UI design — dark editorial UI across MystiConnect, PurePawRaw, and this site (design + implementation)
  • Formspree — contact delivery on this site when configured at build time (no fake “message sent” without a backend)
The Pathfrom wandering to building

I was drifting. I spent four months travelling through Asia with no plan — just moving from place to place, experiencing different cultures, figuring out what actually mattered to me. No work, no agenda, just being present and paying attention.

Then I really started looking. Seeing how people in other parts of the world actually live, work, and relate to each other — communities with far less money but more health, balance, and connection. It changed my whole perspective.

Coming back to America hit different. Despite having so much money and technology, we're some of the most unhealthy, disconnected people in the world. Other countries with far less have better health, stronger communities, more balance.

That's when I knew. Mass change was needed. And technology — if built with completely different intentions — could actually be part of the solution, not the problem.

What drives me

What connects everything I work on.

Mass Change

The Goal
I don't want to build another app that marginally improves someone's day. I want to help facilitate real, systemic change — the kind that shifts how we relate to health, information, and each other.

Healing

The Orientation
Technology should make people and the planet healthier, not sicker. I evaluate every project by this: does it heal or does it extract? If it's extraction, I'm not interested.

The Method

How I Build
Complexity is easy. Clarity is hard. I try to make systems that people can actually understand and trust — where the logic is visible, the assumptions are clear, and the output is reliable.

Long-term

The Horizon
I'm thinking 10, 20, 50 years out. Not the next funding round, not the next product launch. Infrastructure that lasts and actually matters decades from now.
My Approach
📚

Self-Taught, Fast Learner

I didn't go to school for this. I learned by building things that broke, then figuring out why. Now I can pick up new skills fast and actually get good at them.

🛡️

Built for Reality

The real world breaks things. Contexts shift, assumptions fail, users do unexpected things. I build systems that handle that — flexible, adaptable, not fragile.

✓

Trust But Verify

I check things. Claims get sourced, code gets tested, information gets validated. It's how I approach Truth AI, and it's how I approach everything I build.

🎯

People Stay in Control

AI should help, not replace human judgment. Every system I build has override switches, every recommendation can be questioned, and the final call always stays with people.

FAQ

Straight answers for search, press, and partners.

Who is Dylan Seybold?

Dylan Seybold is a Denver-based CEO, builder, and AI developer. He leads five prelaunch ventures and does the hands-on work himself — code, operations, and marketing. This site is the canonical profile at dylanseybold.com.

What companies is he building?

Truth AI (claim verification, private R&D), Nova Operations Protocol (multi-agent operations, internal prototype), ANONOVA (privacy-first holistic health assistant, prototype), MystiConnect (healing platform, prelaunch with a public site and waitlist), and PurePawRaw (Denver-metro raw pet food subscription, prelaunch with a public site and waitlist). Details are on the Projects page.

Are those companies launched?

No. All five are prelaunch. MystiConnect and PurePawRaw have public websites and waitlists; the rest are private R&D or internal prototypes. There are no confirmed launch dates and no live paid service yet.

How do I book an interview?

Use the contact form with “Interview or media request,” or email [email protected]. Bios, headshot, and topics are on the Press page.

Does he take freelance work?

Yes, selectively — freelance AI development and freelance website development alongside the ventures. See Work for fit, scope, and enquiry links. He will say no if the project is not aligned.

Working Togetheropen to partners

I'm looking for partners who share this vision — investors who understand the long game, media who want to tell stories about healing-aligned technology, organizations that want to collaborate on mass-scale change.

If you're building something that heals people or the planet, or you want to help tell that story, or you're looking to invest in infrastructure that matters — I want to talk.
